Yesterday I finally had a (kind of) resting day. It's wasn't exactly dolce far niente as I had a lot to do and had to run some errands as well but still, in the evening I had the possibility to rest a bit.

The bed news is that I'm still tired, I feel like I could use a few more days of rest. I'm not sure that would help but that's how I feel right now.

The weather has warmed up quickly, yesterday was 30°C already, which is good for those who like the heat, me not so much at the moment. Heat is slowing me down and I don't need that right now.

My plan is to stay active and do (at least) the minimum of 5k steps every day.
