Yesterday was an epic fail. I've been to a short walk but that's all. I hurt my hamstrings Saturday during gardening and it still hurts. At first I thought it's just sore muscles but looks like it's more than that.

Now I need to do some stretching exercises and apply a cream that is for relaxing muscles. So today I'm going to take it easy, maybe pedal a little bit if it doesn't hurt but first I need to consult someone who's familiar with these injuries. I need to sort this out as soon as possible.
