Busy Sunday - July 12, 2020

I almost forgot to post my activity for yesterday. Today it's been a very busy day and it's not over yet.

Yesterday, although it was Sunday, should have been a resting day, it was instead a busy one for me. I had to deal with the fruit harvest as those you can't keep in the storage room or in the fridge for long.

So I made jam almost all day, which translated into actifit language means walking up and down the courtyard and the kitchen. I'm glad it turned out that way as the scale is starting to be nice to me and my belt is also lose already.

I've worked out an eating plan for myself that seems to be working. I've lost a few kilos and planning to continue.

harvest can be very hectic my friend, my son worked for a berry field and the hours are long during harvest! Congratulations on today's @actifit steps!
