A nice walk

Hello actifit people, long time no see, right? I had to skip a few days as the pain came back and could not do much. Today however was a different day, a good one.

I had to go to the doctor and went on foot to boost my stepcount. It was a nice walk, even tracker it with both endomondo and the built in app on my phone. My performance wasn't great as it wasn't a power walk, wasn't for training purposes, as I can't do that yet.

So today I have over 8500 steps, which is good. Too bad I could not get to 10000 by adding some indoor cycling. That is dangerous for me now, I'm waiting for the day when I can resume my trainings but while the paint persists, there's no chance for that.
