Last night I was so tired and sleepy I forgot to post my actifit report. Shame on me I know but what is done is done. So here I am this morning with my 8000 stepcount.
It's been a busy day again with walking and traveling but it looks like there wasn't enough time to get to 10k and I was too tired to pedal in the evening.
Good thing I can do that today and burn some more calories. This weekend is going to be hectic again, it's going to be a family weekend and I'll have a lot to do. Hoping next week I can get back to my usual routine.
