My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2020

Today was a usual day, nothing special happened, except that I was busy all day and at the evening, aka now I'm too tired to pedal.

So I'm closing the day with 5500 steps, half dead, hoping to get a sone sleep and feel fresh in the morning. I'm hoping to do some cycling tomorrow though. Good thing there's no back pain though.
