My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2020
Today I struggled to get to 5k as I was busy all day. In the evening I had to do some exercises to get my goal. My favourite is step aerobics, which raises your pulse, which is much needed if you want to get your heart rate up.
Getting to 5k tomorrow won't be a problem as I'm going harvesting grapes and that's not done sitting on a chair.
