It's been a good day today. I had to go to the post office to pick up a parcel and went on foot as the weather is still nice.
I'm always using stairs as there are a few in my way.
So today I went up and down the hill and stairs to burn some calories as I still can't do cycling. My back was fine today but I know as soon as I get on the bike the pain will be back, so I'd better not. I'm looking for some yoga videos that can help me on the long run.
