I'm back with another report after skipping a few days because I wasn't feeling well. Today I've been to a short walk, to take care of a few things, then not long ago I've finished cycling.
I've been avoiding cycling or better said I had to avoid cycling because everyone time I did it, the next day I ended up with back pain. Today I did 12 minutes of pedaling, which is nothing if you want to achieve something, but it's still something for me. It's a test to see if I can continue and a way to slowly resume cycling, let my body get used to it.
It was good to pedal again and could have done more but didn't want to push it. Better safe than sorry. I guess I'll have more tomorrow.

30km/hr still is a good speed for cycling. How long have you been doing it and what are the positive changes it made to your body?
Thanks. I'm doing it on and off as I have some lower back problems and it's not ideal for me, but it's good to burn some calories.
