Today I got myself together and made time for actifit as well. I was able to pedal 11km in 21 minutes, which is good as the average speed is 1:55 minutes/km.
So far so good, no back pain, so I'm hoping to continue pedaling.
I did some walking on stairs as well, to burn some calories.
The weather is warming up, it's like spring is coming, so I hope I can walk more. Also hope not to walk in wet facemask in the cold. It's not fun at all.
