I almost forgot to post my actifit report for yesterday, which would have been a shame as I got to over 6k steps. It was a gardening and cleaning day, full of chores I don't particularly enjoy but must be done as no one is going to do it.

This morning I saw this flower bike at 7 am and could not resist, I had to take a photo. Would be great to get back to pedaling, but in this heat that's out of the question.
