All of a sudden it was about 10 degrees colder than the previous week. Actually, that was very nice for being active. I did another cycling training with the whole team again. We were planning to go to the cycling track, but since it was wet, we decided to find another spot.
We did a lot of various exercises, like a longer part of head over head and three mountain team sprints. Those can really well be seen in the speed and altitude graph:
The rest of the day was mainly relaxing, but I did some groceries too. Which lead to a nice score in the end.
