After a long day of traveling yesterday, I only had to drive for just over an hour to reach the next destination: Ovada. It's located just above Genua/Genova in the south of the Piedmont region. I did a lot of walking to get a view of the city (and to get breakfast this morning). The city is close to the confluence of two rivers, which leads to some nice views:

Fortunately I wasn't here when this collapsed...

Thanks to the walking, again a nice score for the day.

Dank voor de tip. De komende dagen is er nog regen voorspeld, maar daarna zeker een goed idee! Nu is eindelijk de tijd voor toeristische bestemmingen zonder al te veel toeristen
