The package came in yesterday with a lot of healthy stuff in it. Like these vitamins and homeopathic magic.

Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 in two variations, Byronia, some tester addon from the online shop, ...

Additionally, Magnesium with Vitamin C.

Since I am a very systematic person, I need a system to consume so much health regularly.

I'll make a spreadsheet with daily dosages of each of these little health-helpers, print it out, and have it in eyesight in the kitchen. Every morning I'll take the stuff and check it out on the list. A system, I told you!

We need to get healthy through the winter. But remember, taking all this stuff is not everything. Physical activity, healthy food, healthy habits, enough of sleep, calm mental state, ... This all makes an environment for your body, mind, and soul to prosper.

Petrasch Vitamin C Pulver kommt aus Österreich. Diasporal und die anderen Dinge kommen aus Deutschland, denke ich.

Ja, jeden Tag. Am besten morgens. Ich nehme auch Diasporal nach den Aktivitäten.

Die bevorzugte Dosis von Vitamin D3 im Winter beträgt 1.000 IE pro 10 kg Körpergewicht.

Volle Gesundheit aus den Flaschen :)
