I did think a bit about what my values are and why Sometimes things work and sometimes not. Think it’s more about how somethign looks and feels than what is the result? As long as things / systems/habits are new and exciting I usually get by, but maiuntaining a routine eludes me. How do I make things feel better? My goal's still not feeling overwhelmed and I still thing havoing numbers and charts helps with that. It just needs to be more Passionate,Exciting.
