My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2021

Fitness of body is necessary and to keep it fit need to do activities. Walking is a good activity everyday at least 2k is good but there is no limit of walk indeed hence walk as much as you can. It is not mandatory to walk 5K steps in single shot but you can reach this 5K milestone in two three times. I can cross more than 6K steps following this way.
