Running around, being busy, feeling alive, it is the most important thing to breathe and take in everything. It is important to remind yourself sometimes that you are alive. Our day to day lives get hectic and we forget to breathe.
A weekend filled with delights. I did some road tripping with family, how privileged is all I can say. It was such a good weekend. I know few people will experience such pleasures and loving family. Embracing and experiencing it in the present is so important.
I fell into the trap of only wanting to eat healthily and live healthily. Sometimes you just have to let your guard down and enjoy life a little. You only get to experience it once. It doesn’t help to go overboard, but to bask in the pleasure of modern life is sometimes good.
Stay well and healthy, active and alive.
