Hallo Allerseits.

Endlich habe ich wieder ein bisschen Zeit um mich auch wieder auf den Sport zu konzentrieren.

Die Muskeln meckern ganz schön, wenn man sie ein paar Tage nicht beansprucht hat.
Aber durch den Hund muss man sowieso raus und hat keine Chance für Faulheit.

Das Wetter ist durchwachsen und wird einfach so genommen.

Habt trotzdem einen schönen Tag und bleibt gesund.
