Actifit

Hallo Allerseits.

Heute muss das tägliche Treppensteigen einfach mal vorgezogen werden.

Das walken fällt heute aus, da einfach keine Zeit dafür bleibt.

Zuviel Termine und der Hund möchte auch nicht zu kurz kommen.

Außerdem ist das Wetter heute miserabel und macht nicht den Eindruck, dass es besser wird.

Meine Devise lautet:

Arbeit kann warten, das Leben nicht!

Macht es mir einfach nach und bleibt gesund.
