Meine Actifit-Report-Card: März 21 2020

Dear Appics Community, as you can see I am still in rehab. Yesterday I borrowed a training mat for the weekend, because we don't have any therapies this weekend, and visiting the training rooms is forbidden because of corona. That way I can stay in shape in the room. I always say, you snooze, you lose. Today it's push-ups and see what exercise I do tomorrow. The #getinshapechallenge goes on!! I hope you enjoy watching. Liebe Appics Community, wie ihr seht bin ich immer noch auf Reha.
Ich habe mir gestern für das Wochenende eine Trainingsmatte ausgeliehen, weil wir am Wochenende keine Therapien haben, und der Besuch in den Trainingsräumen untersagt ist, wegen Korona.
So kann ich mich im Zimmer auch fit halten.
Ich sag immer, wer rastet der rostet.
Heute sind es Liegestützen und mal schauen welche Übung ich Morgen mache.
