Day 6 of my March Actifit goal.

How long will I survive?

Target for this month's daily steps is 15k.

Activities:

  • Some days when we have our yoga class, I don't drink coffee before the class starts. Though today, in felt like I need my caffeine before we start.

So, today I joined our one hour yoga and pilates fusion class.

  • the rest, walking around my place, doing random stuff

I had to go to bed late, past eleven, I think because I needed to reach my goal of at least 15k steps a day. There's no quite on this! Haha
