We are all built differently!

No matter how you do it, it all boils down to how much calorie you intake.

On my way to the gym, I saw these couples that goes on their morning walk in our community. Although I don't see them consistently every day, only when we cross our path, sometimes on my way to the gym or if I walk around the community.

It's nice to see that they stay active, however I don't see any results them losing weight. Walking is a great exercise but does not really burn a lot of calories. It's it's either they eat less or walk more.

Anyways, it was just an observation, so on my way to the gym and did a fifteen minutes, walk on the treadmill, increasing the incline every after few minutes until I reached the peaked incline.

Before I took a shower at night, I did a 100 kettlebell swings with no rest, that only took me about five minutes.

The rest of my actifit counts are just walking around my place, doing random stuff.
