My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2020

The pandemic strikes again

It's been already two days since the Italian Government decided to close sporting clubs and swimming pools because of the crisis we're going through. I don't wanna discuss about what's been said or decided, all I wanna say is that as a swimmer and sport person, it's such a dramatic situation I'm facing. The only thing that's left for me and all the sports lovers is running and doing outside sport activities, till the day the Government decides to close the parks too!

So I started again to track my activity with #ActiFit! And here's my yesterday's activity; I forgot to activate it right from the beginning so what you see is just a part of my daily activity.

I wanna also thank my fellow sportsman Federico for always being the companion of open-air activities. He's a triathlon athlete, so he's very used to running workouts, but he's also a coach and therefore he's great at motivating people like me who are absolutely unsed to this kind of activity. Thanks a million!

Let's see what tomorrow brings, let's hope for the best and wish another lockdown will not happen again!
