Into the Villa • a day full of Rome ✨ My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2021

Still pandemic times here in Italy, and in Rome the Winter is giving us some tough days and some other nice ones. Yesterday was one of the sunny one and I couldn't but taking advantage of the great chance to take a long walk at my fav park.

This time it was good to go around and see some corners I rarely go through, even going in and out the park walls, to see again some places I miss a lot. For instance, here's the soccer field my Alma Mater sport teams used to play, before the pandemic: the Trastevere Stadium, in Monteverde, right attached to Villa Pamphili.

Then going back home, the way was again towards the park, and although it rained a lot in the past weeks and the grass was very wet still, it was too good to breath fresh air in the green. You know when you just need a break and relax? Villa Pamphili is to me the best place near home where to go relax, by yourself or in company.

I still had some time to workout once back home, so I did some body weight exercises after the long walk.
