Another 54 km on Zwift... my training diary entry from February 11 2026

(Another cloudy mountain summit shot from last saturdays hike.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday was my third day in the virtual world of Zwift. It's so much fun, and according to both Garmin and Zwift, I'm overtraining. But I can't stop!
And so yesterday I rode two sessions again, totaling 54 kilometers. Although neither session was as strenuous as the race the day before, they still took a lot out of me.
Here are the numbers of the second session:
Duration - 0:53:08
Distance - 29.53 km
Elevation gain - 103 m
Average speed - 33.3 km/h
Maximum speed - 58.7 km/h
Average power output - 170 watts
Maximum power output - 394 watts
Average heart rate - 137 bpm
Maximum heart rate - 171 bpm
Average cadence - 86
Maximum cadence - 120
Even though everyone's telling me I should take a rest day, I'm going to jump right back on my bike. I'm just itching to go.
