Mowing the lawn on almost 3000 square meters... my training diary entry from March 20 2026

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday I helped out on the farm again and mowed almost the entire property. It took quite a while with the old lawnmower. At times I wished I had one of those comfortable ride-on mowers.

The whole thing burned a little over 600 calories and burned my forearms, even though I had put sunscreen on them. The sun was really strong yesterday, though.

Oh yeah, Actifit only counted a small portion of my actual steps again, of course. I love this app.

Today I did another aerobics session and burned 1000 calories as planned. So now I can move on to the relaxing part of the day with a clear conscience. To be honest, I'm drinking my first Leo beer right now as I type this.
