A little bit of help and delicious food... my training diary entry from March 29 2026

(Here's another new animal friend. His name is Olso, he belongs to my wife's brother's family, and here he is cooling off in the shade on a small, damp sand dune right on the construction site.)

Hi Actifitters,

as mentioned in yesterday's post, I helped out a bit at my wife's family's construction site yesterday. Afterwards, my day, strictly speaking, consisted almost entirely of eating and drinking, like pretty much every evening.

What can I say? I love Thai food. If I had to choose, I'd give up European food.

Today was an organization day. My wife, her father, her nephew, and I were out for a full nine hours getting everything done. With that, I'll end today's report, as I'm absolutely exhausted from the day.
