Recovery day with 15 k steps and a little core stability... my training diary entry from April 9 2026

Hi Actifitters,
after a strong arrival day with three cycling sessions I kept it more relaxed yesterday. I made my 15000 madatory steps and did some core stability exercises.
Since I did not sleep well the last nights in Thailand due to too much beer and falling asleep late, I have to built up a little training readiness and thats only working with recovery.
Nevertheless, I'll fire up my smart trainer again today and cycle a few kilometers. However, I won't push myself too hard, but rather train more in Zone 2.

I know that "too much beer too little sleep", happened to me on Sunday evening. I did hit the gym on Monday anyway, but it was quite the struggle.
But perfect that you motivated yourself!
