Another recovery day... my training diary entry from April 19 2026

Hi Actifitters,
Another recovery day is over. Besides my 15k steps, my exercise was limited to an 80-minute indoor cycling session at an average power output of 99 watts.
My values are on the rise again, but not yet back to the same level as the morning before yesterday. Therefore, I won't overdo it today either, so that I can hopefully get back to more intensively workouts from tomorrow.

I'm inspired by your 80-minutes indoors cycling; good for you. I also enjoy watching that "guy" in your video, relaxing on the tree trunk .... look at the pose, crossing it's legs like human and scratching lice-infested head 🤓

I didn't do anything yesterday, just lazy all day, hanging in bed, eating delivery and drinking beer. Oh, okay, that I did. Went to the shop to get the beer. And to the market in the morning. Now it's time to train again.
