80 minutes low heart rate cycling... my training diary entry from April 24 2026

(Here's another photo from my Thailand vacation. Sometimes I just have to press the shutter button when I see such a play of sun and clouds.)
Hi Actifitters,
another recovery day is complete. Yesterday's training consisted of a little stretching followed by 80 minutes of low-intensity pedaling.
Since my values have increased significantly again after the two days of regeneration, I will put more pressure on the pedals today and do another core stability training session.

Training mindfully is the best approach. I just go for a walk, but I don’t do it just to get from A to B; with every step, I’m taking note of all sorts of things, until I realise my gait isn’t quite right and I need to see a specialist.
