A recovery session on the indoor bike and HPUD... my training diary entry from May 31 2026

(Here you can see the mountain church "St. Margarethen", situated in the district of Brannenburg of the same name. That is where we took our first water break during our hike up the Wendelstein.)

Hi Actifitters,

since my Garmin values were in the basement due to poor sleep before Sunday's hike up the Wendelstein, I took it easy yesterday. So, I decided to pedal for an hour at an average of 140 watts. This allowed me to burn a few calories without disrupting my recovery.


Since my values have recovered somewhat, today I will complete both a short core stability workout including push-ups and a training session on the bike... at least, that is my current plan.


Of course, I participated in HPUD this time as well. As you can see, this time I powered up 430 HIVE.

So, I have now staked over 17k HIVE. Furthermore, I am on the verge of breaking the 10 million SPORTS mark.

Congrats on the HPUD and all that! I'm currently at 1,2k with this account (500 I transfered from my main before I started actifitting), with 100k in Sports - that was my goal for sports. I'm now building a position in the AFIT:SPORTS pool, and then I'll get back to accumulating a little more. It's fun to play all those numbers around Actifit :-D
