Gardening until my hands bled

Well, my hands are fucked, that's for sure.
I can't even clench them into a fist.
A couple of days ago, I trimmed the hedge and I didn't want to throw it away. But I don't have a woodchipper, so to get the branches into a size, where they can decompose, I had to manually cut them with a clipper. Three hours later, I wanted to cry and drown myself in the little bird pool, I built last year, but I kept going.
After another one and a half hour, I was finished. Literally and figuratively.
The woodchips are now on the composter, where I contemplated to leave my hands as well.
But all kidding aside. I'm proud I kept going and did't quit halfway through.
Hopefully I can gather my strength to push the publish button as my last task of the day.

The picture, I want to add is from yesterday. My 50km bike tour was not really recorded. Maybe I eventually have to get a fitness tracker.
But I liked this picture and wanted to share it.
The other pictures will be posted tomorrow alongside the post of yesterdays tour.

Edit: Sorry for the misspellings. Actifit reports are smartphone only, as it seems and my hands are not only done for, but "big" as well. I edit the post now on the PC. That will be my modus operandi for future actifit posts.
