My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2025

I just came back from the grocery store after buying the stuff that I needed for this week. I'm already tired and so I didn't go to the gym even though I planned to do exercise as soon as I reached home. But I guess I'll just have to do it tomorrow instead. I'd rather rest for today so that I will have full energy tomorrow for work and then exercise after that.

Surprisingly, I reached more than 5k steps for my Actifit report. That's something to be proud of because of the walking that I did going to the grocery store, finding the items that I need and then walking back home. That's the cool thing about grocery shopping. It's productive in many ways. Cheers to that!
