My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2021

For today, I made 40 sit-ups, 100 jumping jacks, and did some dumble lifts.

And for my personal goals today, I managed to give my dog a nice bath. She did not like the experience but she had no choice. I didn't have a good setup for it and so I had some trouble keeping her still while in the process.

My Actifit app was unable to record every bit of my activity since I left my phone for charging. Today, there was an obvious drop from yesterday's count. I'm hoping to improve that for tomorrow. Cheers!

that is a quality effort, but you need to work on the 5000 minimum @actifit step count. get a portable charger for your phone
