Canada Day: July 1 2020
We found this foundation on our hike today. It was just a little way off the trail.
When we got home, I had a Pork Roast slow cooking.
With a little bit of shredding and saucing, we had a fantastic dinner.

Our "uneducated" guess is that it was the foundation of a barn from around 1960.
In 1956, Ottawa started expropriating land to form the "green belt". This was most likely one of the structures that was abandoned at that time.
