Saving a hedgehog - My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2020
Hey dear lovely people,
I decided to use Actifit as a daily blogging tool, since spamming just purely my step numbers would not add to the community at all.
Yesterday we celebrated my girlfriend's dad's birthday.
In Hungary the COVID regulations are not too strict, so what we do is usually be at home during weekdays and on weekends go to either her or my parents, so we/they are not entirely alone through this 'half-quarantine'.
It was a great day, we ate, drunk and laughed a lot.
When the night came to an end and only gf and me were sitting outside we noticed that our dog, Lupi (first picture) caught something in the garden. It was pretty hard to get the little fellow out of her mouth but when we did we realized it was a hedgehog.
We put it in a box and gave it some apples and milk hoping that it did not get hurt. (second picture)
Now, in the morning it is still in the same hibernated position but I read that they lay out when they die, so I still hope it's okay. We placed it in the neighbor's garden where there are no dogs.
