My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2021
I did my online zoom yoga class this morning. I need to do more yoga! I really wish I could do it at least three times a week. I think zoom is really good for my yoga, but I don’t really care for using zoom for my Bible study group. We prefer to meet in person. We only used zoom for about 4-5 weeks last March and April! I know a lot of people like using it but it’s just not the same as seeing and talking to people in person.

Lovely sunrise photo! We too, have been doing Bible study via Zoom, but that seems to be what's going to happen for quite some time for now. I miss seeing people. I see them at work, but it's not the same as my church family. I miss hugs!!!

Thanks there is just something much more meaningful about meeting with and seeing friends in person. My bible study group got together last Saturday for a potluck brunch outside in one of the ladies backyards. The weather cooperated with lovely sun and we had warm clothes on and blankets if we needed them. No hugs, but we talked and ate for about 3 hours! Just a social get together to catch up and talk about everything and anything! Oh and to say a couple of prayers together - including saying The Lord's Prayer together. (my idea)
Very nice! I'm glad it was good! We are in an outbreak here, mainly because people aren't being too smart. They wear masks incorrectly, or not at all anywhere they can get away with it, and often have family gatherings. I understand why people might would feel safe with family, but it's sneaky that way. It's not really safe. My husband was telling me today that the strain that is over in Europe, they are discovering, is not only more contagious, but also more deadly. When will this end!!! I am so ready! Take care!
