It was a busy day for me.
After I finished work, we took our dog on a walk.
My photos tonight are from my meal prep yesterday after church.
Second photo is the finished dish on a pretty yellow plate.

They were quesadillas with steak, onions and mushrooms.
I made them from a meal kit.
They were yummy!

Look at the pretty colors of the ingredients- tomato, onion, lime zest, sliced mushroom, chopped jalapeño, and lime quarters.

Served with lime creama and freshly made pico de gallo.
