My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2021

I woke up to another rainy day. When I looked at the forecast and saw that it was going be dry for at least an hour I put the dog on a leash and took her for a walk! If you see what my Fitbit suggest it’s very true a 15-20 minute walk any time of the day can really help you focus and be less stressful! I also planted a few more flowers during the rain break.
