My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2020

I can not express, how I miss the sunshine. I think it's over two weeks, we had sunny weather for last time. It's just depressing. I never liked winter at all, and there are lot of reasons for it. This is one of them. But as everything has its positive side- now I don't smoke as much cigs as usual :) I drink my coffee outside, smoke one or two, and that's it. My steps are from my afternoon walk, as usual. But now its not really entertaining. I take a walk, so I'm moving my body somewhat. So, if you will help to blow this fog and clouds away, I will really appreciate it :D

I could say I'd trade you weather, but ours is grey and rainy right now and would not do you much good. You could try light therapy; that might help as it did my husband.
