Almost 10k. Too bad I picked a too short of a sport to cover the whole 10k requirements.
It's called sprinting and half an hour of that is more than enough. I'm transitioning to that coming from endurance runs. I want bulky quads, glutes and calves no streamlined, efficiënt but very slim endurance legs..
Ever compared a marathon runner to a 200 meter sprinter? Then you'll know what l'm talking about.
