After work this evening I did something I haven't done in quite a while, I got on thg he treadmill for 25 minutes. I know it wasn't a very long time, but after three months I thought it would be a good idea to take it slow for the first few days.

Treadmill is good for keep haelthy and active, taken wisely decision for starting slowly on treadmill and increasing day by day. Have a good day.
