Yesterday, it was a 4 bus trip to the next town again. It was tiring but productive, I finally managed to get a prescription for HRT, so slowly but surely I should get back to my old vital self! Also I got in more than 10,000 steps before 10pm which earns me a #win! 👣👏💪😎
I don't have much time as due to the football Eurocup 2020, I'm needed to work a few hours tonight in my friends bar / restaurant! I've only slept 4 hours with four 10 minute interruptions but I'll get it done! 💪😉
