It's been a while!
Not just in terms of posting but also it's been a while since I got passed 5000 steps!
My year started out hectically and I honestly haven't found a groove.
I've been working like crazy but I haven't found the balance in other areas, exercise, healthy eating or even social life.
I decided to get a bit drastic and turn my infamous sleeping pattern around.
I'm implementing a (super) early morning routing and go from there.
Today for example, I work up at 3ish and went running at 5am. It was peaceful and even though I'm not particularly a fan of morning workouts this one was nice.
I ended up having a very productive day with 4 meetings...
And as a reward I got my cousin and I some sushi 🤩.
