My activities on 2nd February 2021 | IAAC #40 | Actifit report and a win 🏆
Greetings! Active users of both I am alive challenge and actifit Communities. This is going to be my 40th participation of #iamalivechallenge, a project run by @flaxz. It is also going to be my today's @actifit report. At the end of the post, you will find the proof of today's win 🏆.
Today was my weekly off-day. So, I was at home the whole day. I spent my whole day with my kid and wife. Here are some highlighted activities.
The image I took in the afternoon when we went to the rooftop
Physical activities:
- Walking 🚶♂️on the treadmill for around 40 hours in the morning. I did another 30-minutes walk before midnight.
- Played with my kid, indoor and outdoor.
- Walking in between the mosque 🕌 and my home 🏡 for 5 times.
Spiritual activities:
- Performed 5-times mandatory prayers at the Mosque. After a very long period, I was able to perform all the prayers at the mosque. Alhamdulillah.
- Recited a few verses from the Holy Quran.
- Watched a lecture by Dr Yasir Qadhi. The topic was on the understanding of the signs of judgment day.
