Hello, greetings! How are you all? Hope that you are having a fantastic time. This is going to be my 47th participation for the #iamalivechallenge, run by @flaxz. It is also going to be my today's @actifit report. At the end of this post, you will find the proof of today's win πŸ†.

It was quite a busy day at the office 🏒. I had total 31 patients in my chamber with various symptoms. None of them were serious enough to refer to the higher centre. All were managed, or treatments were given at my chamber. I also examined around 6 people who came for visa medical tests. I took the PCR samples from 6 people.

I walked πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈon the treadmill for half an hour after lunch, which contributed most for achieving my win today. Moving around the office, and walk between my home 🏑, office 🏒 and mosque πŸ•Œ contributed the rest.

I am fine, Alhamdulillah. All kind of symptoms free. How are you doing?
