Hello, wonderful people of the I am alive challenge community and actifit community. Greetings! Hope that you are having a great time. This is going to be my 49th participation for #iamalivechallenge, run by @flaxz.

Today was Friday. It is the best day of the week for the Muslims because of Jummah prayer and for a few other reasons. However, in Oman the mosque are still closed. So that the I cannot say the weekly Jummah prayer. That is a sad thing for us.

At the office, today I consulted around 31 patients (at the time of writing this post). As usual, a major portion of them were Bangladeshi patients. Of them, I got one middle-aged patient who sustained a fracture to one of his right forearm bones. Poor guy! I sent him to the Orthopaedic doctor.

I was able to achieve another win today by completing 10k steps before 10pm. A walk of 25 minutes on the treadmill after lunch was the main contributing factor for the steps. This win project is run by @wil.metcalfe and @adventureready. Very easy to take part. If you manage to make 10k steps before 10 am, use a automaticwin tag as one of the top 5 tags, along with the screenshot from the actifit app as a proof. If the steps are made before 10pm, use win tag, instead of automaticwin. Here is my proof of a win today.
