My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2021

Hello, actifiters! What's up? Hope that all are fine. I am fine as well.

Today I had duty in two clinics. In the morning shift, I was in my usual working place. However, during the evening shift, I was sent to another clinic, the doctor of which clinic suddenly felt sick and took her second half off.

It was an average busy day at the office. Had to consult patients with various kind of illness. One of them was a confirmed COVID19 patient. He was severely weak and unable to eat his foods due to a lack of an appetite. I gave him intravenous fluid.

I didn't walk on the treadmill. However, I was able to get a 10k plus steps, although I missed the win.
