My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2021

A new lockdown is started today in the Sultanate of Oman. It is a nighttime lockdown of all kind of movements starting from 8 pm to 5 am.

For the lockdown, my clinic working time as well as my duty hours are changed. Now my clinic is opening from 8 am to 7 pm without any noon time off.

I had quite a relaxing time at the office today. I consulted less than 20 patients in my chamber.

I didn't get the chance to have a walk of the treadmill. But I was able by get a few. Here is the proof
