Here is my activities plus report on 27.07.2021
Physical activities:
Outside Walking:Yes
Just the walk in between my office, home and mosque. I also went to a nearby grocery store to buy a few food stuffs.
Treadmill Walking: Yes
I walked for 30-minutes on the treadmill after the office duty. This time I watched a lecture by Dr Umar Suleiman. It was about the second Khalifa of Islam Hazrat Umar RA
Playing with the kid:Yes
In the afternoon, before the sunset, we played in our front-yard for around 20-25 minutes. I took a picture as well.
Chamber activities:
Total duty time:7 hours
Usually, on Tuesday, I take weekly off-day. But today I didn't take the leave. I did the work from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a one hour lunch break in between.
Total patients consulted: 17
Today I got less number of patients. Most likely, Bangladeshi patients already knew that today was my holiday. But, they didn’t know that today was exceptional.
